Becca and Gary

This D.C. couple did an awesome job today for their e-session. Becca used to live in Orlando but now lives in D.C. where she met and is marrying Gary. Armed with a camera, Becca would work with me shooting weddings. Photography is just one of her many talents, which also includes writing, and someone who get's things done. I was so happy to hear of her new love and upcoming wedding plans. And we'll be working together again in October, but her as a bride and me as a shooter. It's going to be a great evening. Angela and Matt

This extraordinary couple was married this past Monday night. It was a very intimate and beautiful ceremony. This couple surrounded themselves with family and close friends. Most of them traveled all around the country and world to be with them as they united in marriage. It was so apparent how Angela and Matt have touched others lives and how much they valued family and friends. They both have been through more trials then most of us could even imagine yet have a wonderful love of life in them. It was great seeing a horse drawn carriage take them away and a piper leading the guest off to a warm reception. Jacquie and Cory

I had a great time at the Portofino Hotel on Saturday. The very beautiful Jacquie and the charming Cory were married. It was amazing, every detail well thought out and planned. Of course, the famous Tracy Marini from Eventfully-Yours had a large part in that. There was a martini ice fountain, candy bar, gorgeous flowers and an awesome band. I loved every minute of it! I was so honored to be a part of these two families uniting. Thank you Iwona for helping me capture some fresh and fun portraits.

All American!

Andy and Jenny. I think of them as the All American Couple. They are so cute together! We had their e-session last Saturday. They are getting married at the fab Ritz Carlton. The property there is just amazing. The weather was so nice, overall a great day. I can't wait for their wedding, it's just going to be stunning. Can't wait! Can't wait! Can't wait! Priceless time!

Today I wanted to try something new, a new techinque. So, guess who turned into my superstar model? Thousand guesses...Hannah. I learned a lot but mostly had fun running after little miss. The first image is one of my favorites, the second is what she feels like after about 200 images. The next one is where she is bringing Samson a stick - you can see it in her hand, it's tiny. We have a 120lb dog who eats small tree's but he loved it just the same. Anything to do with Hannah, around Hannah or near Hannah is what Samson loves best! Hannah goofing off in the grass, and it ends at the bottom of an awesome and fast slide ride. 657 shots later and realizing it's time to start dinner ends another priceless moment!
