Oh my!

Can you say a lot of favorite images? I loved my session with Sarah and Todd. They were so relaxed and laidback. We tromped around the Portofino yesterday and captured a lot of great images. This fun couple is getting married this December at Northland Church in Longwood, Florida. I can only imagine how fantastic Sarah is going to look and Todd will be quite handsome too! Black and White Always in Style

I love, love a black and white image. What is it about it that makes them so interesting? I think it's the absent of colors that requires us to really to see the image. Look beyond the obvious and check out the feeling of the image. It's timeless. One of my favorite things to do is to look at old photographs, even of people I don't know. Something about capturing a moment that can never be "redone". It's a moment of history. It's a moment of time, which is our most valuable, precious gift in the world! Can't go back to relive it, which is why I love capturing it, if only on paper, to remind of us of a time that's gone forever. Ah!

It's a dogs life!

Sometimes I wonder how great a dog has it when they have the perfect home. Roger, here, is the proud owner to Tom and Mandy. Tom and Mandy are getting married next month. Roger and I took a little time out for some portraits and invited them along with us. :) It was fun, Roger was a great model. Here you can see the cute nose and impressive tongue - everything a dog would love. Thanks Roger!
