Time Flies!

It's that time again - Christmas card season has officially started. I love designing and shooting for Christmas cards. It's fun to do something different every year. I still haven't decided yet what we will be doing for 2008. I just find it hard to believe we are so close to finishing out another fantastic year. Here are a few design favorites.

Happy Birthday Gab!

Tomorrow is my friend V and Melanie's daughters birthday. Gabi is turning the big ONE ! Her brave daddy is serving in Iraq and was able to see her about 10 days after she was born before he was deployed. He did have a short leave around his birthday, as pictured here. I know he is very excited to see her and how much she has changed. Her brave mommy has been teaching Gabi all about life and her daddy until he returns.

Rick and JoMarie

Rick and JoMarie we married in August, and on the beach. It was the weekend of TS Erin. Everyone thought it would have to be moved inside, but Rick and JoMarie held out and it was perfect. It was cloudy and breezy so everyone was comfortable. It started to lightly rain as we entered the reception hall. It was just so nice!! They also had one of my MOST favorite things - a chocolate fountain and insisted I help myself. So, of course, I had to try it all, at their insistence! I also loved a phrase they had on their favors, "Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together", Van Gohh. I love that because usually the best things take time and are always worth the wait. Congratulations Rick and JoMarie, I wish you many years of happiness! Oh and Rick does custom choppers for those that have been good this year!

Bee and JC Wed

I've been so late in blogging, just to much "moving" to do. Anyway, I really enjoyed Bee and JC's wedding in August. They were so great to be around. As you can see from these few images, they ALWAYS smiled. And so much in love were these two. They danced, laughed, smiled, joked, even as the weather changed their outdoor wedding to inside. It was nice to see a couple more concerned over each other than the location (even though it was nice). Thanks again Bee and JC for your patience and faithful display of love!
